This Godzilla boss was really well designed. Not well explained. But he just looked so evil. Also the script was a bit weaker than the other Heisei movies. The whole psychic thing is getting a bit out of hand, but it's always been an overtone to this series. Since the audio was dubbed, I'm not sure if the dialogue was originally that cheesy, or if it just got that way through translation, but some quotes were pretty hilarious.
