Smaller Destoroyahs evolve and fight humans. Humans destroy a few of them. Godzilla is going to cause a nuclear reaction. Super X III freezes him. Godzilla Junior kills the second version of Destoroyah. The third version of Destoroyah kills Godzilla Junior. Godzilla revives Godzilla Junior. Godzilla kills Destoroyah with the help of Super X III. Godzilla goes through a meltdown and dies.

This movie was incredibly intense and I think it was pretty awesome. There were a lot of really nice effects, and the references to the original movie were perfect. Destoroyah was also a brilliant and terrifying design, like a really scary demon. Plus the ending, where Godzilla dies, that was epic and appropriately done. And then having Godzilla Junior rise and take his place... this all just came together so well. Plus I love the Super X series of machines, especially because their theme song is awesome. Worth seeing.
