The Builds

The highest class citizens of New Eden. Consists of thousands upon thousands of Builder Robots, who contribute to the always expanding Tower. This Tower is a huge structure that extents up into the atmosphere. Layers of technology are built on top of each other.
From the outside not much is known about what goes on within these structures. Information from the outer world may flow into the Builds but not out.
In actuality, the population within has integrated themselves into a computer network, losing all definition of a corporeal body. This developed from the realization that individual needs can be satisfied or surpassed within a simulated computer reality system.
This system, which has a built in and unbreakable immune system, provides any need of the "brains" built inside it. In a virtual system, anything can be done/simulated.
Relation with SafeNet: The SafeNet officials only make sure that there is always a one way connection between The Builds and the rest of the world.
Brief: The Builds consists of The Tower which is a huge computer network with electronic ghosts of the rich.

Main Heights

Upper class citizens of New Eden.
They live in raised buildings in the sky supported by columns. Very much like the Jetsons, with each building connected by a complex tram system. The closer the tram system is to the buildings (higher in altitude), the more specific it's destination. The farther away (closer to water), the faster and less specific.
Chemically engineered gardens. Huge estates. Recreation Parks. No stores or factories or any type of industry. Everything needed can be ordered from The Wired.
People are heavily modded, and most choose to stay home and be Wired.
Relation with SafeNet: The SafeNet officials heavily monitor all activity. Intervene when there is a possibility of destruction of property or individuals.
Brief: The Main Heights consists of a networked set of buildings in the air. High class residents and are highly modded.

C-Level

Middle to Lower class citizens of New Eden.
Live in structures built on the water. Some are floating buildings, some supported by columns coming from the sea floor.
Heavily polluted in areas, Boat-way transportation. Access to the Wired, but certain restrictions.
Heavy in cultural arts and accumulated tradition from many immigrants to New Eden.
Imagine Venice, crossed with the city in Blade Runner.
Relation with SafeNet: The SafeNet officials maintain a moderated surveillance. Crimes are punished, and a Justice System is consulted.
