New Earth - New Eden - Resident - Thua - Westwood - Zao
Resident
Description

Resident consists of poverty-stricken people. People either pass through the area for some small amount of supplies or they are lost. Sometimes new people consist of criminals from New Eden who could not make it in Westwood. There is hunger, grief, disease, and desperation. The main cause for this is the lack of power supply. In all other sections of the world, the power supply is maintained by either the Water Farms or some sort of self-powering system of air and water.
In Resident, no one has the power, money, or ability to bring power to all of the area. No one in other areas of the world bother with them, as the concepts of Un-National Charity have diminished. Most people stay away due to disease. Although all disease is curable these days with FBT technology (Full Blood Transplant), it is expensive and time consuming, as well as Nanobot Antibodies.
It is sometimes compared to a prison, or to hell. "The place where no one should belong."

Terminology:
FBT - Full Blood Transplant. By use of stem cells and selective cell growth, humans are able to fully replace all blood cells in their body, basically flushing out any foreign substance. The process requires a bit of money and about 3 days in a fluid suspension storage tank.
Nanobot Antibodies
The other option is to use Nanobot antibodies, but they tend to make a person extremely weak for about a month while their body deals with it's diluted blood stream. These two solutions to disease have become less popular in areas of the world where humans have gained almost fully robotic bodies.
