He/She would then have to take the time to get to that email, put in the change, and then confirm with you that it was done correctly. This is also billed time that your company pays for.
- On one of our websites, you would simply log in to the site with your user name, go to the page that needs to be edited, click "Edit", put in the change, and press submit. All this can be done within two minutes of your own time.
